چکیده

Objectives: The study aimed to investigate the effects of Iraqi Lycium barbarm Carotene on normal human blood lymphocytes at molecular level.
Methods: culture was exposed extracted from estimate interleukins expression in treated represented by IL-10 and TNF-α as a moderator immune response scale, their CD markers changes (CD3, CD4&CD8) flow-cytometer apparatus.
Results: Total carotenes content 0.33mg/g powdered dried fruit. Potent carotene effect appeared concentration 500µg/ml for with increasing CD3 level get upper after 2 hours interval, while 4 exposure both CD4 CD8 levels increased dramatically 125 µg/ml, 250µg/ml carotene. An alteration cytokines gene production treatments (125,250,500) µg/ml intervals, suppress tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) relation β-actin internal control PHA mitogenic agent.
Conclusion: concluded that fruits seemed initiate system toward Th2 cell activation rather thanTh1, besides extract may potentiate production.

Development of specific nanobodies (VHH) for CD19 immuno-targeting of human B-lymphocytes

Objective(s): CD19 is a transmembrane glycoprotein of immunoglobulin superfamily. In order to treat lymphoma, monoclonal antibodies (mAb) can target different antigens, including CD19, CD20 and CD22 on the surface of B-cells. Along with biotechnology progress, a new generation of antibodies is introduced, with the purpose of eliminating the defects of the previous generation. Among the most dev...

Molecular and biochemical evidences for beneficial effects of zinc oxide nanoparticles in modulation of chlorpyrifos toxicity in human lymphocytes

Chlorpyrifos (CP), an acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor, is used throughout the world as an insecticide in agriculture and an eradicating agent for termites around homes. In this present study, CP is considered as an oxidative agent which we examine the protective role of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) in CP-treated lymphocytes of human. Lymphocytes isolated by Ficoll and exposed to 75 ...

Variablity of chromosomal radioadaptive response in human lymphocytes.

Background : There are growing evidences for chromosomal radioadaptive response in human lymphocytes . Highly variable inter- and intra-individual responses have been reported. Some individuals are non-responders and even in some donors the frequency of chromatid aberrations induced by a challenge dose increases by pre-exposure to an adapting dose. It has been proposed that the lack of radioada...

Determination of dose-response relationship in cultured human lymphocytes for biological dosimetry

Background: Lymphocyte-dicentric assay is the most generally accepted method for biological dosimetry of overexposed individuals. In this study, the frequency of unstable chromosome aberration in blood lymphocytes was used to estimate radiation dose received by individuals. Evaluation of dose using a calibration curve produced elsewhere may have a significant uncertainty therefore, experiments ...
